    Mr. Willie C. Carter

    October 28, 1939 - January 5, 2017

    Mr. Willie Calvin Carter son of the late Arren “Buddy” Carter and the late Mary “Doll” Mumford Carter. Willie C. Carter is immortalized on the 5th of January, 2017. Providence granted Willie what life could no longer serve him, and in faith we affirm God gave him eternal life. Willie C. Carter was born October 28, 1939 in Nashville, Georgia. His rearing in a long Christian family gave him the affirmation that he needed to aspire. He was a foster parent for 21 years.He was preceded in death by parents; and one grandson Craig Carter. He leaves to cherish his memories, wife Rose L. King Carter of Adel, Georgia; three daughters, Bobbie (KavehArbtan) Carter of San Diego, California, Veronica (Neal) Jones of Cecil, Georgia, Stacy Tucker of Adel, Georgia; two sons, Russell Carter of Clyattville, Georgia and Darrell (Dorshawn) Carter of Adel, Georgia; four sisters, Margaret (Ozell) Lane, Sr. of Adel, Georgia, Shirley Carter of Gary, Indiana, Marietta (Gene) Hardwick of Savannah, Georgia and Cleatrice (Ben) Pickett of Cecil, Georgia; three brothers, Arren Carter, Jr. (Carolyn) of Gary, Indiana, John Carter of Valdosta, Georgia and Sammie (Earlene) Carter of Cecil, Georgia; ten grandkids, Laronald Carter and Veda Carter both of Miami, Florida, Afor (Tim) Winn of Ashburn, Georgia, Valencia Jones of Atlanta, Georgia, PontaahArbtan of Boston, Massachusetts, Neal (Kaitlyn) Jones, Jr. of Orlando, Florida, Darie Carter of Valdosta, Georgia, Turelle Jones of Columbus, Georgia, Ahnah (Ruben Hinojos) Arbta of Phoenix, Arizona and Jasmine Tucker of Valdosta, Georgia; thirteen great grandkids; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
