Mr. Willie J. Preston

Mr. Willie J. Preston was born February 23, 1947 in Colquitt County, Georgia the son of Freddie Lee Preston and Martha Herndon Preston. He departed this life on November 23, 2021 at Specialty Hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Pinecrest Memory Garden. Mr. Preston was employed for many years with the City of Apopka in the sanitation department. In his spare time he enjoyed cooking and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and one brother, Freddie Lee Preston. He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Willie Preston of Tampa, Florida; four daughters, Courtney Preston of Altamonte Springs, Florida, Tiffany Preston, Rachel Sims and Saturia Sims all of Apopka, Florida; one sister, Catherine Davis (Albert, Jr.) of Moultrie, Georgia and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
